- Full-time overnight shift opportunity: Monday through Friday with shifts running from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

- Monitor CCTV and security systems.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols.
- Perform access control and verify authorized personnel.
- Remove trespassers and address unauthorized access.
- Complete incident reports and security logs.
- Provide first aid and coordinate with emergency services when required.
- Communicate and coordinate with emergency services and first responders when required.
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC security license
- OFA 1 First Aid Certification - Required
- A minimum of 6 months of previous concierge experience - Required
- Strong report writing and technology skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Physically able to drive, patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Alert, detail-oriented, with strong situational awareness
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV and security systems, conduct interior and exterior patrols, control access, and respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents. Document incidents and security activity, provide first aid when needed, and coordinate with emergency services and first responders.
Requirements
Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada, hold a valid BC security license, and have OFA 1 First Aid Certification and at least six months of concierge experience. They should have strong report-writing and technology skills, good eyesight and focus, the physical ability to patrol and stand or walk for extended periods, situational awareness, and excellent customer service skills.
