A strong understanding of federal procurement processes and competitive bidding.
Experience working with federal government contracts across industries such as security, defence, staffing, facilities management, professional services, technology or other government service providers.
Proven ability to lead complex proposals, influence senior stakeholders, and drive business outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A post-secondary degree in Business, Public Policy, Government Relations, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
Bilingualism in English and French is also strongly preferred.
