- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Onatrio security license
- WSIB approved First aid certification
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- Must be comfortable working in a gatehouse environment

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems and respond to suspicious activity, incidents, and potential threats. Document events, conduct foot patrols, control access to secure areas, identify system vulnerabilities, and coordinate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
Requirements
Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and hold a valid Ontario security license, WSIB approval, and first aid certification. They need strong report-writing skills, good eyesight, sustained focus, technology proficiency, the ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, and comfort working in a gatehouse.
