As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Alberta security license
- First aid certification
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
- Class 5 driver license advanced
- Clean Driver Abstract
- Pass a drug test 8 panel
- Clean shaven for an N95 Fit mask
- Wildlife Awareness & Wildlife Intermediate
- Field Ergonomics & OHS Legislation Awareness
- High School Diploma or equivariant
- Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems and premises for suspicious activity, respond to incidents, and document events in detailed reports. Conduct foot patrols, control access to secure areas, identify system vulnerabilities, and coordinate with law enforcement during serious incidents or emergencies.
Requirements
Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada and hold a valid Alberta security license, first aid certification, CSO certification, and a Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract. A clean-shaven appearance for N95 fit testing, an eight-panel drug test, wildlife and workplace safety training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong problem-solving skills are also required.
