As a Mall Protection Security Guard, There is a high focus on customer service ,De- escalating situations and constant Patrol ,since you will be working with people all shift, in a Mall environment

Responsibilities for Mall Protection Security Guard
- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Coordinate response to the incidents.
- Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service
Qualifications for Mall Protection Security Guard
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Tactical experience ( Asset)
- Good with Technology
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work day shifts.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and secure mall environment through access control, regular patrols, camera monitoring, and enforcement of property regulations and municipal bylaws. Protect client assets, coordinate responses to incidents, handle security department calls, and complete daily and incident reports while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard license and have strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work under stress. Previous security or tactical experience is an asset; leadership, problem-solving, and technology skills are also sought.
