ECAM Technologies, a division of GardaWord is currently seeking Monitoring Operators (Full Time – French Bilingual) to help us provide and deliver quality service to our clients, North America wide. Reporting directly to the company’s Monitoring Supervisors, this role is critical to the success and reputation of our company, as we rapidly grow in the marketplace. This is for an existing opening.

Monitoring Operators Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of client premises.
- Conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents in internal software programs and report any suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
