Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Mobile Guard?
What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.
As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as Government Buildings, Sports Facilities, Retail Environments, Secure Facilities, etc.
Shift Timings: Continental night shift 19:00 – 07:00
Location: N3S 7N9

Responsibilities for a Tactical Security Mobile Guard
- Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Check identification and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Community outreach with vulnerable populations
- Enforcement of the Trespass to Property Act
Qualifications for a Tactical Security Mobile Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification
- Ful G or G-2 drivers license
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- Able to pass an Advanced Use of Force Training Course
- Knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest

Responsibilities
The Tactical Security Mobile Guard is responsible for patrolling critical areas, controlling access, and monitoring security systems to prevent suspicious activity. They must also react quickly to threats, document incidents, and partner with law enforcement when necessary.
Requirements
Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and hold a valid security license, first aid certification, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, they must be able to pass an Advanced Use of Force Training Course and demonstrate physical ability to patrol throughout their shift.
