Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Shift Supervisor
Your strength in supervision lies in your ability to mobilize a team, build trust, and encourage collaboration. If you know how to rally people around common goals, this position is for you.
As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.
Schedule- 2 Week Continental Rotation 07:00-19:00 & 19:00- 07:00
Location- N3S 7N5

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Shift Supervisor
- Lead and supervise the on-site security team.
- Manage daily schedules and assist with filling open shifts.
- Ensure guards follow current site instructions, procedures, and post orders.
- Provide coaching and support for team and individual development.
- Provide clear direction during critical incidents and emergencies.
- Manage access cards and access-control requirements.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately.
- Maintain strong communication with the client, guards, and management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications for Tactical Security Shift Supervisor
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
- Excellent leadership skills
- 3-5 number of years of experience in security and team management
- First aid certification mandatory
- Hold a valid security license
- Strong Knowledge of the Tresspass to property Act, Power of arrest
- Full G Ontario driver's license with 3-5 years of driving experience and clean driver's abstract
