Are you confident, professional, and comfortable taking initiative when situations arise? GardaWorld is looking for Tactical Mall Security Guards who can combine strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to safety and security.

Responsibilities for Tactical Mall Security Guard
- Conduct proactive patrols throughout a busy shopping centre
- Maintain a visible presence and deter theft, vandalism, and disruptive behaviour
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns
- Enforce mall policies and trespass regulations
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports
- Work closely with mall management, emergency services, and law enforcement
- Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring a safe environment
Qualifications for Tactical Mall Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada

Valid Alberta Security License

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Security, retail, customer service, military, or law enforcement experience is an asset
