We are seeking an accomplished Vice President, Operations to lead a large, multi-site business across Ontario. This executive will be accountable for profitable growth, financial performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

We welcome leaders from a variety of service-based industries who have managed complex operations, demonstrated strong financial and commercial judgment, and led large, geographically dispersed teams.

 

The Opportunity

As Vice President, Operations, you will:

• Lead the strategic direction and overall business performance of the Ontario operation.

• Own full P&L results, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, labour costs, margins, and profitability.

• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement plans to improve results.

• Evaluate business opportunities and investments, balancing financial returns, operational risks, and long-term growth.

• Strengthen client relationships, support business development, and drive long-term client retention.

• Lead through senior managers, build accountability across the organization, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships and conflict with sound judgment.

 

What You Bring

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven executive leader with:

• Significant experience leading large-scale, multi-site operations with full P&L accountability.

• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance, understand cost drivers and margins, evaluate investments, and translate financial results into business decisions.

• A proven track record of improving profitability, driving growth, and delivering measurable business results.

• Experience leading senior managers, diagnosing complex operational issues, and driving performance through others.

• A calm, measured leadership style, with the ability to manage conflict, challenge constructively, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Experience in security, facilities services, workforce solutions, or another complex service-based industry would be considered an asset.
