Regina Terminal.
Position Summary
Gardewine is seeking a detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator to support our Regina operations team. This role is primarily focused on administrative functions, including invoicing, customer portal management, data entry, reporting, and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, maintaining customer records, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Manage shipment and customer information within company systems and customer portals.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records.
- Complete customer documentation and portal updates.
- Generate operational and financial reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Support customer inquiries related to documentation, billing, and shipment information.
- Assist the operations team with administrative and reporting requirements.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
