Support pipeline reviews, forecasting activities, and sales reporting requirements.

Identify missing information, stalled opportunities, and process gaps requiring attention.

Quotation & Documentation Support

Coordinate quote preparation, revisions, approvals, and document management.

Ensure scopes of work, assumptions, pricing revisions, change orders, and supporting documentation are properly maintained.

Assist with proposal preparation and sales administration activities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Service teams.

Coordinate internal handoffs to support smooth project transitions from sales to delivery.

Follow up with internal stakeholders and clients to gather information and maintain project momentum.

Executive & Team Support

Support the VP of Sales with reporting, meeting preparation, action-item tracking, and sales administration.

Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action lists.

Assist with Experience Centre scheduling, customer visits, demonstrations, and event coordination.
