Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Set up warehouse rotation
- Account for team members throughout the plant
- Lead, coach and support team members
- Address attendance, discipline and employee relations concerns
- Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Complete departmental audits
- Ensure accurate communication and data entry
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred.
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or people management experience required.
- Experience managing attendance, performance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
- Experience conducting operational, safety, or quality audits.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Forklift experience and/or knowledge of warehouse operations are considered an asset.
