Salary: $26.45

Schedule: Continental shifts: 6:30 am - 7:30 pm, 6:30 pm – 7:30 am

Availability Required: Mon-Sun, days and overnights

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
Set up warehouse rotation
Account for team members throughout the plant
Lead, coach and support team members
Address attendance, discipline and employee relations concerns
Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Promote a strong safety culture
Complete departmental audits
Ensure accurate communication and data entry

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred.
Previous supervisory, team lead, or people management experience required.
Experience managing attendance, performance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
Experience conducting operational, safety, or quality audits.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Forklift experience and/or knowledge of warehouse operations are considered an asset.
