Key Responsibilities

Tooling Management: Process tooling orders and orchestrate shipping flows within the Warehouse Management System.
Inventory Control: Ensure rigorous tracking of tool availability, location, and technical condition; maintain database accuracy; analyze containers returned from sites and report missing or damaged equipment via dedicated logs.
Operational Execution: Receive, inspect, test, and prepare tools in dedicated containers, ensuring compliance, completeness, and operational readiness prior to deployment.
Logistics Coordination: Prepare technical shipping and receiving documentation and maintain database integrity.
Site Support: Support site mobilization and demobilization activities; serve as the primary interface for field teams for all requests from sites.
Safety & Equipment: Operate forklifts and overhead cranes according to safety standards; ensure compliance with all environmental and health & safety (EHS) protocols.
Technical Growth: Develop in-depth expertise in tooling to support operational strategy; mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

For roles outside the U.S.: Basic experience in the function; knowledge level equivalent to a University Degree (or Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience).
For U.S. roles: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience).
Operational Proficiency: Understanding of key operational factors; ability to solve problems using established procedures and sound technical judgment.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships; experience serving as an interface between internal teams and clients/field sites.

Rôles et responsabilités

Gestion de l'outillage : Traiter les commandes d’outillage et orchestrer les flux d’expédition dans le système de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS).
Gestion des stocks : Assurer le suivi rigoureux de la disponibilité, de la localisation et de l’état technique des outils ; maintenir l’exactitude de la base de données et analyser les conteneurs retournés des sites et signaler les outils manquants ou endommagés via un rapport dédié.
Opérations techniques : Réceptionner, inspecter, tester et préparer les outils dans des conteneurs conformes, en garantissant leur exhaustivité et leur état opérationnel avant déploiement.
Coordination logistique : Préparer la documentation technique d’expédition et de réception et maintenir la base de donnée à jour.
Support aux sites : Soutenir les activités de mobilisation et démobilisation des sites et agir comme interface avec les équipes terrain pour toutes les demandes provenant des sites.
Sécurité et équipement : Manipuler des chariots élévateurs et des ponts roulants dans le respect strict des normes de sécurité.
Développement technique : Développer une expertise approfondie des outils utilisés pour soutenir la stratégie opérationnelle ; encadrer les membres juniors et assurer le transfert de connaissances.

Qualifications De Base

Pour les rôles en dehors des États-Unis : Expérience de base dans la fonction ; niveau de connaissances équivalent à une licence (ou un baccalauréat avec une expérience dans un domaine pertinent).
Pour les rôles aux États-Unis : Licence d'une université accréditée (ou diplôme d'études secondaires/GED avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la fonction).
Compétences opérationnelles : Compréhension des principaux facteurs opérationnels ; capacité à résoudre des problèmes dans des situations exigeant un bon jugement technique selon les procédures établies.
Relations interpersonnelles : Capacité à développer des relations solides et à servir d'interface entre les équipes internes et le client.
