Your Mission
- Responsibility for the production technology of electric drives and their components;
- Development and implementation of technological procedures in serial production;
- Technology development (tooling, equipment) for serial production;
- Quality assurance in accordance with standards;
- Optimization of production processes with modular approach;
- Cooperation with Quality, Development and Procurement.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, production, etc.),

- Achieving results with integrity and excellence;

Responsibilities
Manage production technology for electric drives and their components, including developing and implementing procedures and tooling for serial production. Ensure quality standards, optimize production processes, and collaborate with Quality, Development, and Procurement teams.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least five years of experience in production technology are required. Candidates should have knowledge of quality assurance and automotive industry processes, fluent English, and a responsible, proactive, results-oriented approach to teamwork.
