At GEMTEC, we offer something different. We're an employee-owned, 400-person multidisciplinary consulting firm - not too big, not too small. We're large enough to compete head-to-head with publicly traded engineering giants, but still small enough to maintain the culture and flexibility of a close-knit team.

Our size and hands-on management style let us move quickly, embrace new opportunities, and empower our people to shape their own careers - without getting lost in corporate bureaucracy.

Maintaining quality throughout a project and implement improvements when determined
Preparing regular project summary reports
Encouraging growth within the group and increasing the general knowledge base throughout the company
Developing and sustaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
Identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the field or onsite, promoting a safe working environment.

The Good Stuff You Get

Full time permanent?salaried position
Employee owned company with future potential to be a shareholder
Year end profit sharing bonus

Matching RRSP employer contributions up to 5%
Paid time off (vacation starting at 3 weeks per year and 2 weeks of sick time)
Office year-end closure (paid time off between Christmas and New Years)
Work/life balance including a 37.5 hour work week and flexible working arrangements including hybrid options.
