Job description:
Have an awesome biotech idea, but lack the resources and lab infrastructure to bring it to market?
At Genepika, we believe the fastest way to drive scientific innovation is to empower brilliant scientists with the financial security and operational resources they need to build. We bring ambitious, business-minded scientists on board as full-time employees and give them a turn-key platform to conduct R&D and commercialize their passion.
We are actively seeking a Commercialization Scientist to lead innovation in the high-growth sector of life science and biotechnology. Whether your expertise invovlves molecular, cellular, or tissue biology, we want to give you the platform to take your concepts from lab bench to market reality.

- Evaluate Commercial Viability: Conduct preliminary feasibility studies, market positioning assessments, and technical validation for early-stage biological concepts.
- Lead Product Development: Transition R&D breakthroughs into scalable prototypes, navigating formulation, stability testing, regulatory compliance, and pilot production.
- Collaborate Across Business Units: Partner with commercialization, brand, and supply chain leads to translate scientific mechanisms into compelling consumer value propositions.

- Turn-Key R&D Infrastructure: Access to capital and fully equiped lab infrastructure with opportunity to expand based on project needs.
- Zero Administrative Overhead: Focus 100% of your time on science and product creation; we handle all the backend logistics.
- Broad Scientific Scope: We do not restrict innovation to pharmaceutical or drug development. If your believe your technology has a market impact, we want to build it with you.
