Represent CSS as a technical project management lead at regular internal and external customer meetings, providing clear updates on performance, risks, opportunities, and change impacts.
Review customer feedback related to CSS products and services and coordinate with CSS functional teams to develop clear, concise, and professional responses, including corrective and preventive action plans where required.

Support configuration management and drawing release processes by assessing and communicating impacts of design and configuration changes on CSS products (e.g., training, spares, tools) and their implementation into Canadian or International program vehicles.
