Ensure critical platforms are secure, reliable, resilient, compliant, and cost-effective.
Oversee incident management, service restoration, disaster recovery, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
Drive cloud adoption, workplace modernization, automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, and platform governance.
Establish operational standards, service-level metrics, KPIs, and audit-ready controls.
Lead and develop a high-performing team while managing recruitment, performance, workforce planning, and talent development.
Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor performance, contracts, business cases, and technology investment decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise infrastructure environments within complex organizations.
Strong experience managing AWS and Azure platforms.
Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 services.
Strong experience managing VMware environments.
Experience managing enterprise SAN and NAS environments.
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
Experience working within highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.

Technical Experience and areas of focus:

Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud architecture, cloud security and governance, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud cost management
Infrastructure: VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS/DHCP, enterprise monitoring, and infrastructure management
