Job Overview:

Genetec is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Customer Experience (CX) organization. We are seeking a dynamic and responsive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and lively environment and transform complex data into actionable insights.

In this role, the candidate will support the CX Shared Services (CXSS) team as a key contributor to the entire lifecycle of reporting and analytics efforts - from gathering requirements and extracting data to creating and delivering automated reports. This role will help Genetec's CX organization distinguish itself by providing its team members with detailed metrics, in-depth and accurate data analysis and calculations, and clear presentations that drive decision-making. These reports, analyses, and presentations will be closely related to the performance of our CX operations, with data sourced from databases across different systems (CRM, ERP, Web Portal, IVR, Chat, etc.). This role requires strong skills in data integration, validation, and interpretation.

Your day at a glance:

Gather requirements for analysis, reports, and presentations from various stakeholders within the CX organization and translate them into technical specifications
Design and deliver reports, KPIs, and visualizations, ensuring data integrity across multiple sources
Extract, compile, and aggregate data from multiple data sources to be presented in an easy and intuitive format, which will be displayed in reports and presentations
Compile the requirements of recurring reports for their automation in Power BI and assist with their testing once developed
Collaborate with stakeholders and internal technical teams (e.g., Digital Information) to ensure timely delivery of data models, clear communication, and resolution of blockers
Support the generation of timely and ad-hoc reports based on data from different sources
Work in collaboration with different departments to ensure accuracy of the reports
Work on multiple initiatives at once and prioritize tasks according to the upcoming deliverables

This position requires great attention to detail, the ability to harmonize information and transform it into a simple and easy-to-understand format in terms of both layout and presentation, while also being able to communicate it clearly and concisely.

Extraire, compiler et agréger des données issues de multiples sources afin de les présenter sous un format simple et intuitif, qui sera utilisé dans les rapports et les présentations
Compiler les exigences relatives aux rapports récurrents en vue de leur automatisation dans Power BI et participer à leur test une fois développés
Élaborer et exécuter des plans de test, résoudre les problèmes et améliorer en continu les rapports et tableaux de bord BI
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et les équipes techniques internes (par exemple, Digital Information) pour garantir la livraison en temps voulu des modèles de données, une communication claire et la résolution des obstacles
Contribuer à la production de rapports ponctuels et ad hoc basés sur des données provenant de différentes sources
Travailler en collaboration avec différents services pour garantir l'exactitude des rapports

Baccalauréat en informatique, génie logiciel, finance ou gestion d'entreprise avec une formation en analyse opérationnelle, ou expérience équivalente
