Your team's dynamic:

As an Assistant Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing accounting operations, ensuring financial integrity, and mentoring a dedicated finance team. Your day at a glance:

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly close
Builds, engages and leads the team of accountants
Responsible for coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the team and creating a positive climate where people want to do their best
Supports the evaluation and implementation of new company initiatives
Assist management on activities related to special projects and ad-hoc requests
Actively engaged in process improvement and efficiencies
Work closely to develop strong business relationships and understanding of interdependencies with the other department partners as needed
Establish and maintain company policies and procedures surrounding finance and accounting matters
Assess and analyze the implications of new accounting guidelines and standards across the business
Determine accounting treatment and financial implications of complex and exceptional transactions
Prepares reports for Management

Créer, engager et diriger l'équipe de comptables

Titre de CPA, associé à une solide expérience en comptabilité et finance
Compétences éprouvées en leadership et expérience dans la gestion d'équipes dans un environnement au rythme rapide
Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité financière, avec une préférence pour Microsoft Dynamics
Solides compétences analytiques, avec un talent pour la résolution de problèmes et un grand souci du détail
Capacité à exceller sous pression, à gérer plusieurs priorités et des délais serrés
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (ce poste nécessite des interactions avec nos collaborateurs et clients internationaux)
