Inviting applications for the role of Python Frontend Developer.
Role focus: Front-End engineering for surveillance technology platforms and business-facing applications.
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Front-End Engineer/Developer with strong Python and frontend development experience to build and enhance surveillance technology platforms and business-facing applications. The individual will work closely with Compliance, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable web applications and platform capabilities across the REACTOR ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable frontend/backend services using Python.
- Build modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks.
- Design APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.
- Develop features for onboarding tools, workflow management, monitoring, reporting, and Rule Builder applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve application performance, usability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Required Skills
- 4-8 years of software development experience.
- Strong Python, REST API, SQL, Linux, and shell scripting experience.
- Strong ReactJS, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 experience.
- Experience with state management, API integration, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Strong software design and object-oriented engineering fundamentals.
Preferred Skills
- Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Redis or caching technologies.
- Docker and container platforms.
- Financial services or surveillance domain experience.
- Observability, monitoring, dashboarding, and data visualization.

- Ability to independently drive features from requirements through production.
