How this works:

Normally a team posts a job and hunts for someone to fill it. This process is backwards on purpose. We find the talent first, then go find the team, project, or problem that needs you most.

Process:

  1. Apply to the Graduate Rotational program. Tell us what you’re good at, what you want to dig into, and why you want to be here.

  2. If it’s what we’re looking for, you’ll interview with us.

  3. You may meet multiple teams or managers to explore what fits.
  4. If it’s a match on both sides, you get an offer for your first 6 month rotation, with a tentative plan of where you'd go next.

How to apply

  1. Apply. Fill out details on your preferred starting track, and why you think GeoComply would benefit from having you in the program
  2. G'intern assessment. Our online assessment, built by a GeoComply intern.
  3. Intro call with our Talent team.
  4. Case study. A real problem on invented data. You decide what matters, build something, and show us.
  5. Panel with leaders from both tracks.

Still a student? Our STRETCH and Forward Deployed Engineer internships are the way in. Interns who finish strong are first in line for this program.

About the program

GeoComply confirms that people online are who they say they are, and where they say they are. We're growing fast, and we need people who understand the whole business, not just one corner of it.

The Graduate Leadership Program is how we build them.

You join a track, then spend 18 months rotating through three teams. In each one you own a real deliverable, with a manager, a clear goal and a showcase at the end.

Your three rotations:

  1. Home rotation (months 1 to 6). A team in your track. You learn our products and customers, and you ship your first real piece of work.
  2. Cross-track rotation (months 7 to 12). A team on the other side of the line. Commercial graduates join a technical team; technical graduates join a customer-facing one. This is where most people learn the most.
  3. Landing rotation (months 13 to 18). A team you choose with your manager and the Early Talent Program, often the one you'll stay with full time as you move into a permanent role.

At the end of each rotation, you present what you built and what changed because of it to GeoComply leadership.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning a real deliverable in every rotation, from first conversation to something people actually use.
  • Working across the line between technical and commercial teams, so you understand both how we build and why customers buy.
  • Learning the business fast: our products, our customers, and the industries we serve, from regulated gaming and prediction markets to fintech and the new verticals we're growing into.
  • Building with AI, data and low-code tools every day, and knowing when to check their work.
  • Getting a view from the top: joining leadership meetings, presenting your work to executives, and getting real feedback on it.
  • Developing as a leader through [GeoComply leadership training], mentorship, and the Early Talent Program.
  • Improving how we work, spotting the processes that slow teams down and fixing them.
  • Building your network across teams, offices, customers and industry events.

About you

  • Recently graduated, up to two years out, in anything from business, economics, law or the arts to computer science, data science or engineering.
  • Passion, Hunger and Drive. Our PHD. You want to learn, deliver, and make a difference across the whole company.
  • Self-directed. Give you a messy problem with no checklist, and you'll find the part worth solving first.
  • A builder. You'd rather show a working version than describe a perfect one.
  • AI-native. You use AI to build, investigate and structure hard problems, not just to write emails.
  • Data-literate. You can pull a real answer out of messy data and explain it simply.
  • Clear. Written or spoken, people know what you mean, what you're asking for, and what you've decided.
  • Resilient. Things change fast here. You adapt, and you make calls without waiting for permission.
  • A team player. Supportive, transparent, and constructive when you disagree.
  • Discreet. You'll handle sensitive, compliance-heavy information, and you treat confidentiality as part of the job.

Bonus points: a GeoComply internship (STRETCH, FDE or another role), something you built that people kept using, or exposure to identity, fraud, compliance or B2B software.

!!!! IMPORTANT! !!!!

If you really want to be here, every requirement on this page is negotiable.

The people in our Early Talent Program who’ve done best here were almost never the best applicant on paper. They asked for harder work before anyone offered it, built things nobody asked for, chased down whoever had the answer, and made the case for their own next role instead of waiting to be told what to do.

We call it PHD: Passion, Hunger, Drive.

If you’re just looking for a role where you can clock in, do tasks someone else assigned, and add another line on your résumé, that’s fine, but this program and company is probably not the one for you.

Your application is an opportunity to show us why we should bet on you.

Why you want to join the Early Talent Program at GeoComply:

People in our Early Talent Program tell us three things make or break their experience:

  1. knowing what’s expected of them,
  2. doing real work that matters, and
  3. having someone to go to when something isn’t working.

So we built our program around those three things.

Clear expectations. Each graduate leader is paired with an experienced manager that will supervise them day-to-day, give direction, feedback, and support throughout their term. From week one, you know the four things an intern is assessed on and what good looks like for each.

Work that matters. Every graduate role is scoped with the Early Talent team and approved by senior leadership before it’s posted. Every project has to pass one test: what changes for GeoComply when the result ships?

Made, not hired. We’re as thoughtful about developing people as we are about building products. In your first month you’ll have a 1:1 with our co-founder and sit in sessions with our COO and VP of Product.

At the end of your term, you’ll present your impact to senior leadership. A dedicated program team works alongside you from your first day to your last, so you have every opportunity to succeed. What you do with it is up to you.

What you’ll get

People who will push you. Our managers are told to give interns the hardest problems their team has. We have explicit rules against giving backlog tickets, busywork, or research that sits in a folder. The test for every project is simple: what changes when it ships? And the best projects keep running after you’ve left.

A hiring process built by someone at your stage. The assessment you’ll take for the first round of interviews runs on a platform interns built from scratch, that replaced a $12,000 USD annual third party vendor. That’s the kind of thing that happens here.

A buddy who’s done this. Every graduate leader gets a buddy who was once in the GeoComply Early Talent Program and now works here full time. They’ll introduce you to people, talk through your work with you, tell you whether something is normal, and be there to support you through the biggest weeks of your rotations.

Time with the people who run the company. In your first month you’ll have a 1:1 with our co-founder. You’ll also meet the senior leader over your team, and sit in sessions with our COO and VP of Product.

Permission to push back. We expect you to question how things are done. “Is this the highest-leverage thing I could be doing?” is a question we want you to ask.

A clear path to staying. 8-10% of GeoComply’s headcount started in our Early Talent Program. Once you've completed three successful rotations within our business

\nGraduate Leadership Program Requirements
  • You value Growth over Comfort: Change is part of who you are, not something that just ‘happens’ to you.

  • You are a Creator: You've built, run, organized, or fixed something nobody asked you to.

  • You have an Unexpected Advantage: An unusual background, a serious side obsession, a skill that doesn't show up on a standard resume.

  • You are a Chameleon: You keep moving when the brief is unclear and the answer is not set in stone.

  • You are Actively Curious: You go looking for how things work, and you can ask the right questions while you do it.

  • This program is open to current students or recent grads of any discipline or background.

$60,000 - $72,000 a year

Why is our salary range so large?

This role pays between $60,000 and ~$72,000 (annualized.) That's a wide band, and we'd rather explain it than pretend it isn't.

The range covers every new grad intern we hire across three variables: whether this is your first post-grad work experience or your third+, whether you're at the beginning of your Bachelor's or at the end of your Master's, and actually extends beyond that for more senior / PhD or MBA level candidates who come into the Early Talent Program.

TL;DR: A first job post-grad for a bachelor's student and a Master's student with two years of work experience are both encouraged to apply: they just won't be paid the same, and they shouldn't be.

\n

This probably sounds harder than applying for a normal job, but this is not a normal job. Fresh ideas and talents are welcome here - and if yours catches our eye, we'll work with you to make it real.
