The Role
In this entry-level role, you’ll be responsible for digitizing well log rasters, preparing wells for digitizing outsourcing, and reviewing and editing existing LAS files. You’ll also enter Well Header data entry when required, load LAS files to the appropriate database, and review your work for accuracy and completeness. As needed, you’ll respond to client orders and make necessary data corrections to ensure data integrity and consistency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
Training is provided.
How will you spend your day?
- Creating LAS files from well log rasters using Neuralog in a timely manner
- Preparing digitizing projects by compiling the required rasters and documentation
- Prioritizing workflows to ensure we respond to client orders, while contributing to ongoing infill projects during downtime
- Participating in regularly scheduled project and staff meetings
- Assisting with other projects and initiatives as needed
