Confirm required inspection, test, manufacturing, serial-number, and quality records are complete and traceable to the product.
Verify product identification, labels, serial numbers, documentation, and packaging requirements before release.

Non-Conformance and Quality Records

Identify, document, and control non-conforming parts, materials, assemblies in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Prepare or support Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), maintain objective evidence, and follow issues through review, disposition, corrective action, and closure.
Maintain accurate inspection reports, NCR records, calibration records, traceability information, and other quality documentation.
Support internal audits, investigations, root-cause activities, and continual improvement of inspection and quality processes.

Inspection Equipment and Calibration

Use callipers, micrometres, gauges, and other measuring and inspection equipment appropriate to the characteristic being verified.
Confirm inspection equipment is within its calibration period and suitable for use before performing acceptance inspections.
