Review monthly Project Earnings reports for all functional groups to ensure accuracy and completeness
Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly KPI reports for executive management
Ensure compliance with revenue policies and escalate non-compliance for resolution

Lead and mentor the billing and project accounting team to ensure deliverables align with the company’s overall strategic plans and deadlines are met
Provide ad hoc financial analysis for the executive team and provide internal and external audit support as requested
Assist the Controller with various projects and tasks, as needed
Assist with the conversion to a new instance of the ERP system

What you will bring:

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent.
5-10 years industry accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise financial accounting systems.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
Experience leading a remote team of 6-12 is highly valued.
Maintain integrity, accuracy, and consistency in financial transactions and reporting.

Collaborative attitude, ability to excel in a team and independent environment.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and change management skills.
Superior attention to detail to produce professional deliverables.
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, results oriented.
