Learning Systems Administrator & Learning Content Creator

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our Learning & Development team as a Learning Systems Administrator. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both designing engaging, outcome-driven learning materials and managing the technical operations of our Learning Management System (ES Learning Hub). You will ensure that our training ecosystem is not only content-rich but also technically sound, audit-ready, and optimized for learner experience.You will be instrumental in expanding our organizational learning culture, guaranteeing that every team member enjoys frictionless access to engaging, outcome-driven educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS Administration

Act as a core administrator for the ES Learning Hub (Docebo), managing user groups, automated enrollment rules, and system configurations.
Execute daily operational tasks, including course setup, user provisioning, ILT/VILT session scheduling, and troubleshooting access issues.
Maintain system integrity by performing regular audits of course assignments, reporting data, and access permissions.
Support the organization through service requests, troubleshooting technical bugs, and collaborating with IT partners on system integrations and release updates.
Test new functionality, upgrades, and integrations.
Build dashboards and compliance reports to monitor completions, overdue training, and support internal or external audits.
Provide help desk support for all system users and Power Users, including providing training and updating support documentation.
Proactively identify system inefficiencies and iterate on learning pathways based on user metrics.

Learning Content Creation

Design and develop high-quality, outcome-based training materials (e-learning modules, videos, and guides) based on established design plans and storyboards.
Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline and Rise, Vyond, Google Vids) to create interactive simulations, branching scenarios, and animated content.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate operational needs into effective learning assets, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and consistent with branding guidelines.
Maintain a centralized repository of training materials, ensuring all content is version-controlled, reviewed on schedule, and meets accessibility standards.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of all development tasks.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in LMS Administration (Docebo experience is a significant asset).
Experience with content authoring software and video creation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or equivalent) is preferred.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and training development processes.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and process documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative projects with technical, governance-focused tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across diverse business units (EHS, Operations, HR).
