- Welding & Fabrication: Perform high-quality structural welding, repairs, and custom metal fabrication using SMAW (Stick), GMAW (MIG), and GTAW (TIG) processes on various metals and industrial equipment.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy machinery, hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment, and mechanical assemblies.
- Millwright Duties: Align, assemble, install, and dismantle industrial machinery, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and structural steel components.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime and extend equipment life.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety policies, standard operating procedures, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- CWB / Red Seal Welder Certification or equivalent journey-level experience.
- Proven experience performing millwright tasks, mechanical troubleshooting, and machinery maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading welding blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, hands-on mechanical aptitude, and an uncompromised commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks required in an industrial yard or shop environment.

They must be able to interpret blueprints and technical schematics, hold a valid driver's license, and be capable of physical work in an industrial yard or shop.
