Company Description GGA Partners™ is an international consulting firm and trusted advisor to leading golf courses, private clubs, resorts, and residential communities worldwide. The firm helps owners, asset managers, club and community leaders, investors, and real estate developers address complex challenges, achieve strategic objectives, and maximize asset performance.

Role Description We are seeking a Manager to join our Transaction Advisory & Commercial Strategy division. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded professional who can combine rigorous financial and market analysis with strong project management, clear communication, and practical strategic judgment. The successful candidate will lead important workstreams, manage day-to-day client delivery, coach junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead multiple client engagements and major workstreams from planning through final delivery, ensuring high-quality work, commercial relevance, and a strong client experience.

· Build, review, and interpret integrated financial models, operating forecasts, valuation analyses, return scenarios, and sensitivity analyses across different operating, capital, and ownership structures.

· Direct market and commercial diligence, including competitive supply analysis, demographic and psychographic research, customer or membership analysis, pricing assessments, and evaluation of market demand.

· Assess historical financial and operational performance, identify key performance drivers, benchmark results, test management assumptions, and clearly articulate risks, opportunities, and value-creation priorities.

· Support transaction execution by coordinating diligence workstreams, virtual data room requests, management interviews, site visits, buyer or investor questions, commercial negotiations, and closing-related analysis.

· Develop board-ready and investor-ready deliverables that convert complex analysis into a compelling strategic narrative, clear recommendations, and actionable next steps.

· Facilitate client meetings, diligence discussions, workshops, and presentations with confidence and sound judgment.

· Manage engagement economics, staffing requirements, scope changes, and quality-control processes in collaboration with Directors and Partners.

· Mentor junior professionals through thoughtful delegation, regular feedback, technical review, and on-the-job development.

· Contribute to business development and practice building by preparing proposals, developing points of view, identifying prospective opportunities, and expanding GGA’s relationships across the club, golf, resort, hospitality, and real estate sectors.

· Use modern analytical and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve research, analysis, knowledge synthesis, and deliverable development while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professional judgment.

Qualifications

· Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, commercial due diligence, management consulting, valuation, real estate advisory, or a related professional-services environment.

· University degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering, real estate, or a related discipline.

· CPA, CA, CFA, CBV, MBA, or another relevant professional designation is considered a strong asset.

· Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and workstreams, including coordinating contributors, balancing priorities, and delivering under tight timelines.

· Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability, with the ability to identify the commercial implications behind the numbers.

· Experience conducting market research and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information into decision-useful insights.

· Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to develop polished PowerPoint presentations and present findings to senior stakeholders.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with data visualization, research databases, CRM systems, virtual data rooms, or AI-assisted productivity tools is an asset.

· A high degree of intellectual curiosity, professional integrity, attention to detail, ownership, and comfort operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.

· Interest or experience in golf, private clubs, resorts, hospitality, leisure, residential communities, or real estate is an asset, but not a requirement.

· Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings, site visits, and project work.
