What you'll do
- Own your engagements - lead, review, and deliver exceptional work.
- Be the trusted advisor - the first call your clients make when decisions matter.
- Coach and elevate the team - help people grow and celebrate their wins.
- Shape the firm’s future - bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive improvement.
- Experience managing client relationships and engagements in a public accounting firm,
- A CPA designation,
- Stellar communication skills and a collaborative spirit,
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Canadian taxation and,
- A growth mindset - you’re always looking to learn and help others do the same.

Lead, review, and deliver assurance and advisory engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Coach and develop team members, contribute ideas, and drive improvements that help shape the firm’s future.
Requirements
Requires a CPA designation and experience managing client relationships and engagements in a public accounting firm. Candidates should have strong communication and collaboration skills, knowledge of accounting standards and Canadian taxation, and a growth mindset.
