Who are we looking for?

GHD is looking for an Office Support Administrator to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta

Working with a friendly professional team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

Arrange and collect deliveries with courier companies such as UPS.
Receive, sort, organize, and distribute mail and packages.
Support reception duties, including greeting and directing clients
Prepare, compile, sort, scan, and file documents
Perform other duties as assigned; kitchen duties, collecting mail, restocking paper

What you will bring to the Team

Grade 12 diploma required; secretarial certificate or diploma considered an asset.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Ability to work independently with a general knowledge of ms teams and outlook
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat Writer).
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar skills.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.

The salary range for this position is $19.00 - $32.00/hour. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
