- This position will train on day shift, Monday to Friday from 6:00AM – 3:00PM, for a period of one month. The duration of the training period may be extended or reduced based on the supervisor’s assessment of the incumbent’s ability to perform the duties of the role and a safe and efficient manner.
- Following this training period, the schedule listed below will be continental shift rotation 6:00AM – 6:00PM & 6:00PM – 6:00AM
- Inspect visually while in operation to ensure equipment is performing as expected.
- Use shovel and other tools to clear material jams when required.
- Screening plant troubleshooting and corrective action.
- Screening, plant maintenance and general housekeeping.
- Screen, skirt and roller changes.
- General preventative maintenance e.g., greasing.
- Shovel in and around screening plant to clean/clear materials spillage.
- Skid steer operation.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Must have valid Class G driver’s license.
- Previous experience operating skid steer is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience performing repetitive, labor-intensive duties.
- Previous experience working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- One year’s experience working in a similar environment.

Responsibilities
Inspect screening equipment during operation, troubleshoot issues, clear material jams, and perform plant maintenance, including screen, skirt, and roller changes and preventive greasing. Keep the area clean, operate a skid steer, and complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
A valid Class G driver's license and one year of experience in a similar environment are required, along with experience performing repetitive, labor-intensive work and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Previous skid steer operating experience is preferred but not required.
