We run our company using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means clear processes, accountability, and strong communication across our team. Our focus is delivering high-quality projects while building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help manage a growing pipeline of commercial interior construction projects.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from tender through to close-out. This role focuses primarily on off-site project management, including estimating, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

Our Site Managers handle day-to-day site operations, while the Project Manager oversees project planning, financial performance, and overall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications and prepare scopes of work
• Manage the tendering process and subcontractor pricing
• Prepare project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors and procurement
• Work closely with Site Managers during construction
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Maintain communication with clients and consultants
• Monitor project financial performance and margins
• Participate in internal project meetings and weekly L10 meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with tenant improvement or interior renovation projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and project schedules
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project documentation
• Valid driver’s license
• General contractor experience is a strong asset.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience

Performance-based commission (project profit)

Typical additional earnings: $20,000 – $40,000+ per year

Total compensation typically ranges from $90,000 – $130,000+ depending on performance.
