Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for code quality and scalability

Optimize performance and user experience across multiple browsers and devices

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MuleSoft integration

Knowledge of microservice architecture and design patterns

Experience with NextJS and VueJS frameworks

Background in government or regulated industry projects

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
