Behind every great customer experience is a strong operational team.
As a Stock Associate, you will help keep the store organized, replenished, and ready for business. You will receive and process merchandise, maintain an efficient stockroom, replenish the sales floor, and support inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail and sense of urgency will help ensure that products are available and presented according to brand standards.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
- Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
- Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when placing or restocking products.
- Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs to be replenished or reordered.
- Apply security sensors and follow all merchandise-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
- Manage time effectively and adjust priorities based on the needs of the business.
- Follow direction from members of the store leadership team and support additional operational needs as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- One to two year's related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete floors during scheduled shifts of 8 to 10 hours.
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend and twist through the shift, working at varying heights.
- Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
- Basic math skills (counting, adding, and multiplying).
- Withstand exposure to extreme temperatures and constant noise.
- Will be required to pass certification testing prior to operating equipment.
