As a Server at Armani Caffè, you will be part of a diverse service team committed to creating an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, authenticity, precision, and genuine hospitality. You will provide polished table service, accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, and support bussing and food-running duties, delivering exceptional service that drives sales and embodies the elegance, excellence, and hospitality of the Giorgio Armani brand.
In this role, you will welcome guests, learn their preferences, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and execute food, beverage, and table-service standards consistently. Your
attention to detail, product knowledge, and
presence on the floor will support efficient service flow, accurate order delivery, strong guest relationships, and a refined caffè environment.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one (1+) year of serving, premium food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred; luxury hospitality experience is an asset
- Serving It Right certification and legal eligibility to serve alcohol in British Columbia are required; FoodSafe Level 1 & First Aid certification is preferred and must be obtained and maintained where required
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service, menu ingredients, allergens, responsible alcohol service, and food and beverage pairings is preferred
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, listening, and guest service skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with table service, carrying trays, point-of-sale systems, bussing, and food running is preferred; willingness and ability to learn approved service sequences and menu standards is essential
- Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are not required but are considered a strong asset
