Job Title: Oracle Retail MFCS Onsite Lead / Senior Analyst

Location: Canada, Remote

Work Schedule: US Central Time (CT)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) Lead / Senior Analyst to serve as our primary onsite technical and functional liaison in Plano, TX. In this role, you will bridge communication between US business stakeholders, IT leadership, and offshore Application Maintenance Services (AMS) teams. You will drive application support, service delivery, and module integrations - with a strong focus on Sales Audit - ensuring high system availability, SLA compliance, and seamless operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Offshore Coordination: Act as the primary onsite liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, offshore AMS support, and third-party vendors for all MFCS incidents, enhancements, and service requests.
Service Delivery & Support Leadership: Lead application support and operational service delivery for Oracle Retail MFCS modules, driving strict adherence to SLAs, incident resolution timelines, and overall system availability.
Requirements & Solutioning: Facilitate functional requirement-gathering sessions with business partners and translate functional needs into actionable technical specifications for offshore development and support teams.
Incident, Problem & Change Management: Direct incident management workflows, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for key issues, conduct risk assessments, and implement long-term preventive measures.
Release & Deployment Management: Coordinate release planning, functional/integration testing, and production deployments to minimize business disruption and uphold change management standards.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor operational KPIs, system batch execution, and application performance across MFCS integrations and workflows to proactively identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Oracle Retail Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Retail MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service), with specialized experience in Sales Audit (ReSA) workflows and integrations.
Onsite Liaison Experience: Proven track record of managing deliverables and bridging communications between US business users and offshore technical/AMS teams.
ITIL / ITSM Proficiency: Strong grasp of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes within complex retail enterprise environments.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical business stakeholders.
