Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced End-to-End Technical Lead to support complex technology and regulatory initiatives within Personal Banking. This is not simply a development-lead role. The successful candidate must understand end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements, architecture, application development, integration, data, testing, infrastructure, security, deployment and production readiness. The Technical Lead will work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to identify practical solutions that meet business, regulatory and enterprise-architecture requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across complex Personal Banking initiatives.
• Partner with solution and enterprise architects to define solution approaches and resolve technical challenges.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into implementable technical solutions.
• Coordinate delivery across application, integration, data, infrastructure, security and QA teams.
• Understand upstream and downstream system impacts and manage technical dependencies.
• Lead technical design discussions, solution reviews and implementation planning.
• Identify technical risks and issues early and drive resolution across teams.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, resiliency and technology standards.
• Support development, integration testing, implementation and production-readiness activities.
• Act as the technical bridge between business, architecture, engineering and project leadership.

Required Experience

• 8 years of experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience within banking or financial services, preferably Personal Banking.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end technology delivery, not solely application development.
• Experience working closely with solution and enterprise architects.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams through complex delivery.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives, including Bank Act-related change.
• Experience with core banking, deposits, account servicing or digital banking platforms.
• Familiarity with both mainframe and distributed/cloud application environments.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC, application architecture, integrations, APIs, data and infrastructure dependencies.
• Ability to assess solution options, identify impacts and recommend practical technical approaches.
• Strong understanding of production deployment, resiliency, security and operational considerations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
