Beyond hitting targets, you'll help empower communities by sharing their stories and transforming how Canadians think about charitable giving.

Successful candidates are motivated to grow as sales professionals, cultivate positive relationships, and pursue advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Enthusiastically engage prospective, existing, and lapsed donors to understand their needs, tailor the offering, and acquire monthly donations to meet individual and team weekly targets.
  • Participate and contribute in daily team huddles to build sales skills, support team learning, and refine tactics.
  • Develop creative solutions to donor challenges including policy changes, technology issues, representative verification, and charity knowledge gaps.
  • Execute against departmental donor acquisition strategy, track results, and develop creative new strategies with an entrepreneurial mindset to meet KPIs.

What You Bring

Experience: 1–2 years in a sales role as an individual contributor.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills with natural charisma, social intelligence, and persuasiveness.
  • Competitive drive and internal motivation to exceed targets from day one.
  • Friendly, perseverant self-starter comfortable engaging a wide range of personalities on the phone.
  • Bold problem-solver willing to take risks and think creatively under pressure.
  • Team player who thrives in a results-oriented, supportive environment.
  • Passion for making an impact.
  • Proven understanding of the full sales cycle - rapport building, needs analysis, objection handling, and closing.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Technical Skills

  • Digital literacy; comfortable juggling multiple online platforms and using soft-phone programs.
  • Quick learner with new technologies and applications.

What The Role Offers

  • Competitive pay rate and generous bonus opportunity.
  • Company-wide socials and milestone celebrations.
  • Team nights and events.
  • Paid sick days and Employee Assistance Programs, including mental health resources.
  • Group auto and home insurance discounts.
  • Perkopolis access - discounts at major attractions including the ROM, CNE, and Wonderland.
  • Internal advancement opportunities and role development pathways.
  • An open, inclusive, and diverse working environment.
