We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as a strategic partner to clients and a true internal orchestrator. If you enjoy building long-term relationships, solving complex problems, and identifying growth opportunities, this role is for you.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for developing long-lasting business relationships with clients while actively contributing to the growth of your portfolio. You will understand their objectives, identify new opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver digital solutions that create value.

You will act as both a strategic advisor and a business developer, ensuring existing partnerships continue to grow while maximizing the potential of every account.

What You'll Do

Grow and Expand Your Accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.
Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand your clients' business challenges and support them in their digital transformation initiatives.
Proactively identify growth opportunities within your accounts.
Recommend and promote new solutions, services, and areas of expertise that can create additional value for your clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Contribute to the development of growth strategies for the accounts under your responsibility.
Develop and execute growth plans for your client portfolio to achieve revenue targets.
Identify renewal, expansion, and new engagement opportunities within existing client accounts.
Prepare and present commercial recommendations, proposals, and estimates in collaboration with internal teams.
Actively manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.

Contribute to Business Development

Collaborate with internal teams to convert identified opportunities into new business engagements.
Identify and approach prospective clients that fit Globalia's target customer profile.
Represent Globalia in strategic meetings with clients.
Collaborate with the team on presentations, pitches, and proposals.
Identify referral opportunities and help generate new business with prospective clients.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or client advisory roles.
Experience in the digital, technology, or web development sector.
Knowledge of WordPress, Craft CMS, or similar platforms (an asset).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both French and English to support our clients across Canada and the United States.
Strong ability to influence and build trust.
Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
High level of autonomy and initiative.

Expérience et compétences

Baccalauréat en administration, marketing, communication, technologies ou toute combinaison pertinente de formation et d'expérience.
Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en gestion de comptes, développement des affaires ou conseil client.
Expérience dans le domaine numérique, technologique ou du développement web.
Connaissance de WordPress, Craft CMS ou plateformes similaires (un atout).
Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et communicationnelles tant en français et anglais afin de soutenir notre clientèle partout au Canada et aux États-Unis.
