Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand business needs and define analytical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and evaluate Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and evaluate model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Develop and deploy scalable ML solutions through APIs and batch-processing pipelines.
- Implement model testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation to ensure quality and reliability.
- Optimize model performance, inference latency, and computational costs.
- Document methodologies, communicate findings, and translate complex technical insights into business recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI and ML solutions into production environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics.
- Strong programming experience with Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience developing, training, and evaluating Machine Learning models.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
- Understanding of Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with model evaluation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with PySpark, Databricks, Apache Airflow, or other big data frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable ML infrastructure.
- Experience with RAG architectures, LLM evaluation, and hallucination mitigation.
- Exposure to model optimization techniques such as quantization and parameter-efficient fine-tuning.
- Experience working on client-facing AI projects across different industries.
