- Coordinate maintenance priorities with Operations and Maintenance Planning to balance equipment servicing requirements with production commitments.
- Partner with Supply Chain, equipment manufacturers and contractors to secure the parts, technical support and services required for effective maintenance delivery.
- Monitor maintenance key performance indicators, identify adverse trends and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Lead root cause failure investigations and translate findings into practical improvements that prevent recurring equipment failures.
- Manage operating and capital budgets, monitor expenditure and assess maintenance priorities against operational and financial objectives.
- Support long-term fleet replacement planning and asset management strategies using equipment condition, performance and lifecycle considerations.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance execution, workforce capability and collaboration across operational and technical teams.
Qualifications & Experience
