Job Description:

The E-Commerce Account Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and content health of a dedicated group of Globe Electric's retailer accounts such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair and others. Partner with your Account Manager on account strategy, helping build the analysis and presentations for customer meetings and business planning.
Track account performance using sales data and monthly vendor scorecards to flag trends, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate promotional setup and execution, including promotional files and pricing, in collaboration with the Account Manager and Merchandise Planning.
Upload customer pricing in our internal system and resolve the price and linking errors that prevent orders from fulfilling.
Support the daily maintenance of your retailers' web portals, resolving order delays, cancellations, and inventory discrepancies, and coordinate order inquiries end to end, including EDI issues and backorders, with our Order Fulfillment team.
Conduct inventory cleanups, verifying stock positions and delinking items where appropriate.
Execute retailer-specific programs such as brand pages, product variations, review collection, and sample requests for catalogs and influencer programs.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to obtain the assets, copy, and product certifications each retailer requires.
Prepare and submit the data and documentation as per retailer’s request.

The Qualifications and Experience We Like to See:

1-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field through work, internships, or co-op placements.
University or college degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
A resourceful, proactive mindset with a willingness to solve problems independently.
The ability to manage several retailers, deadlines, and priorities at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Comfort working with online portals and modern digital tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
An interest in e-commerce and in using data to understand how products win on the digital shelf.
Experience with retailer portals or marketplaces (Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair) is an asset.
Familiarity with a product content or PIM tool such as Salsify or Syndigo is an asset.
An interest in using AI and automation tools to take the repetition out of recurring work is an asset.
