Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 8 or higher) and Spring Boot is mandatory. Candidates must have experience with Microservices Architecture, REST and SOAP Web Services, and SQL and relational databases. Experience with messaging systems including Kafka, JMS, or IBM MQ is required. A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), multi-threading, and concurrency and synchronization is required. Candidates must be local to Montréal or within commuting distance, and willing to work onsite three days per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada, as no visa sponsorship is available. Candidates must be available for a mandatory in-person final interview in Downtown Montréal. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure cloud services is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL performance tuning and familiarity with Splunk monitoring and logging tools is advantageous.
