Job Title: Frontend Developer (React.js)

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Description:

We’re looking for engineers with a strong background in building and owning front-end frameworks, applications and tools. In this role, you will develop the next-generation UI platform capabilities that power our Intuit customer experiences across our products.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js
  • 5+ years’ experience in developing front end applications and frameworks using Javascript, including concepts like a synchronous programming, module system, bundling, closures, types, and ES6.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX and JSON
  • Thorough understanding of REST principles and best practices of building and using RESTful APIs.
  • Thorough understanding of core design principles and common design patterns of JavaScript.
