Role Description

As Solutions Architect you will be responsible to define end-to-end technical solutions to be implemented into our client environment, working closely with our client, our internal engineering team, Glow 3^rd parties and the Glow account team to define the outline of the technical solution to be delivered from a cloud, software and integration perspective across the entire software stack.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to present complex solutions in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a strong focus on fintech products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Presales:

• Conduct technical product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for prospective clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, architecture diagrams and presentations.
• Provide deep technical expertise and assist in crafting personalized technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution presentations to prospective clients.

 2. Solution design, implementation & Client Engagement:

• Work collaboratively with our client team to present Glow solution and Taylor integration patterns in line with client’s need.
• Work with Glow internal team and 3^rd party to define overall solution and impact across the full software stack
• Impact-assess changes and assist the prioritisation process
• Provide set of architecture collaterals and solution definition to overall delivery team
• Collaborate with Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and faultless delivery.

3. Collaboration & Though Leadership:

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to stay updated on product features, functionalities, and the overall product roadmap.
• Feedback client requirements and market trends to the Product team to help improve offerings.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain cutting-edge expertise in fintech and SaaS domains.
• Stay updated on fintech industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Educational Background:

• bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architect, or similar client-facing role, preferably in the SaaS or fintech space.
• Proven experience in architecting and designing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with financial technology solutions (payment systems, lending platforms, digital banking, etc.).
• Experience with D2C software solution on web and mobile

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in APIs, microservices architecture, and integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and scalable SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with security standards, regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR), and data privacy considerations in fintech.
• Strong software integration experience in a complex or regulated environment is an advantage
