At Glowtify, we’re building an AI marketing platform for businesses that don’t have a full marketing team. We’re looking for a junior developer who wants a say in what gets built, then wants to build it.

You’ll join customer calls, spot problems worth solving, and turn them into product improvements people actually use. You’ll work directly with our CTO and engineering team, with room to challenge ideas and bring your own.

AI is central to how we build. We want someone who already uses coding agents, experiments with their setup, and has opinions about what works. Show us what you’ve tried, what broke, and what you changed.

What you’ll do

• Join customer calls. Figure out the problem behind the feature request.
• Build and ship product experiences across our TypeScript and React application.
• Use coding agents to explore, implement, debug, and test.
• Improve the context, tools, and feedback that make our agents more useful.
• Try what you’ve built as a user. Ship it. Find out whether it helped.

You’ll own focused projects from the first customer conversation through to release. You’ll have experienced people to work with and real decisions to make.

What we’re looking for

You’ve built something you can show us. A side project, internship, open-source contribution, or product with real users all count. We want to hear what you built, why, and what you learned.

You bring taste. You notice the confusing screen, the unnecessary step, the AI-generated result that feels generic. You can explain what would make it better, and you care enough to fix it.

You’re based in Montreal or willing to relocate. Being comfortable speaking with customers in both French and English is a strong plus.

What does your setup look like? What have you changed about it lately?

How do you give an agent useful context? What do you check before trusting its work? When it keeps making the same mistake, do you change the instructions, the tools, or the harness? How do you manage several agents without spending your day correcting them? When is it faster to do the work yourself?

You don’t need a polished answer to everything. We want concrete examples and someone who keeps experimenting.
