Maintenance Assistant (Macleod Trail Toyota)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Maintenance Person to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our dealership facilities, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
• Maintenance and repair of property facilities
• Groundskeeping, including lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an automotive dealership environment
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
