Original job description

Receptionist
Porsche Centre Edmonton

Porsche Centre Edmonton is looking for a part-time Receptionist to be the face of one of the most impressive automotive facilities in Canada.

This is not just a front desk role. This is the front door to a career.

Our dealership is a state-of-the-art, three-level facility designed to deliver a premium experience to every guest who walks through our doors. From the moment clients arrive, you set the tone. You are the first impression, the central hub of communication, and a critical part of the team.

Many of our strongest careers in administration, accounting, sales, and finance began right here at the front desk. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a future in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome clients in a professional, warm, and confident manner
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately
Support the sales, service, and leadership teams with administrative tasks
Manage client flow and ensure every guest is assisted quickly
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Assist with basic clerical and data entry tasks as needed
Act as the central communication point for the dealership

What We're Looking For

Professional appearance and strong communication skills
A positive, reliable, and career-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the automotive industry
Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset, but not required

What’s In It for You

Career Growth - This role is a proven entry point into administration, accounting, sales, finance, and leadership roles within our organization. We promote from within.
Industry-Leading Facility - Work in a modern, premium dealership environment designed for both clients and employees.
Training and Development - Access ongoing training and development opportunities through Go Auto University and hands-on mentorship.
Employee Investment Program - Opportunity to earn additional income through our Employee Investment Program.
Stability and Opportunity - Join one of Canada’s fastest-growing automotive groups with real, long-term career potential.

If you are professional, driven, and ready to start building a career instead of just working a job, we want to meet you.

Apply today and take the first step with Porsche Centre Edmonton.
